Weigh the Flour & part the Eggs : KitchenAid KPEXTA Stand-Mixer Pasta-Extruder Attachment
I got mine from Williams-Sonoma as a Valentine's Day present. I as a matter of fact love this attachment.
I make pasta at least once a week now, and it couldn't be easier. The attachment came with good recipes that are easy to consequent for great pasta.
I have the pasta roller and cutter attachments that I use for rolling wide noodles, but for regular spaghetti or any other shape the plates create- this is incredibly easy. The storage of the plates in the lid looks nice and is Very convenient. The compose produces Very limited waste.
All in all probably my favorite attachment so far! Very well done, Ka!!
